“I believe that decreasing your pain involves approaching the problem from multiple directions. With some exceptions, decreasing pain is a lifestyle change, and there are no quick fixes. I address both musculoskeletal and neuromuscular deficiencies to create lasting change, but I rely on my patient to do their part in creating the changes they desire.”

Why did you become a physical therapist?
I became a therapist because it bridges that gap between dysfunction and returning people to doing what they love. I enjoy working with the complexities of the human body to create movement that allows individuals to achieve their goals.
What is the most exciting thing about your job?
The most exciting thing about my job is continually learning and bettering my skills so that I can provide effective therapy for the patients I interact with daily.
What are your interests?
I enjoy spending time outdoors including cycling, hiking, running. I also enjoy weightlifting and am continually refining my own programming and routine to meet my own goals. I have goals to perform in powerlifting competitions in the future.
