Treatment philosophy

The body is an amazing machine and it adapts efficiently to stress whether positive of negative. When something goes wrong, it will give you clues to what it needs to recover. I believe in educating clients to understand their pain, lead them through the recovery process, and partner with them for a lifetime to pursue health and wellness.

What is most exciting about your job?

I’m excited by helping people recover from injury, educating them about their bodies, and witnessing how the body recovers with something as simple as movement. It’s also exciting to see the impact that rehabilitation has on people’s quality of life and relationships.
