“The combination of listening to the patient and asking the right questions will provide the information needed for a successful rehabilitation”
My philosophy is to give the body the best opportunity to be efficient. Improving posture, or body alignment, allows for a more even distribution of forces and fosters efficiency. This will ultimately lead to improved body function and achievement of the patient’s goals.

I BECAME A PHYSICAL THERAPIST BECAUSE…
“Suffering a shoulder injury as a teenager, I started physical therapy at an early age. There I learned exercises that sparked an interest in exercise and fitness altogether. This led to the study of Kinesiology and becoming a personal trainer. Through the personal training, I learned there is nothing I would rather do than to help people move and feel better. This and the search for knowledge, led me to the study and practice of Physical Therapy.”
WHAT’S MOST EXCITING ABOUT MY JOB?
“One of the most interesting parts of being a Physical Therapist is learning about a person’s unique history. Understanding a person’s history, allows the patient and therapist to team together to better problem solve and achieve the outcomes desired. When the patient’s goals are achieved, there is nothing more exciting.”
